Accounts preparation

Preparation of end of year accounts for all types of businesses: limited companies, LLPs, partnership and sole traders. Whatever the size of your business we can tailor our service to suit your requirements. We encourage and help you to improve the quality of your management information to help manage your professional fees.

Audit

Banham Graham is registered to carry on audit work with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), for limited companies, not-for-profit organisations and any other organisations requiring a statutory audit.

Professional Accounts Rules Audit

Solicitors, estate agents and chartered surveyors holding client money will need a report to their professional body. Not only can we deal with the preparation of reports to regulatory bodies (e.g. Solicitors' Regulation Authority), we will also give you some practical advice as to how to improve on any matters found.

Assurance Reports

Assurance Reports can still give you a level of comfort over the accounts but without the time, paperwork and cost of a full Audit. They are ideal for businesses where the owners are not involved in the day-to-day management, and where a more rigorous form of reporting may be appropriate.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Banham Graham has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions MBOs and MBIs.  We recognise the differences between large corporate enterprises and SMEs and plan and conduct our work accordingly, so as to make it a positive experience and ensure the best possible results.  We understand that it may well to be the first time that the client will have operated with in this specialised area and accordingly help them through what can often appear a daunting the process.

Company Secretarial

Whilst for many private companies a 'Company Secretary' is no longer a legal requirement, the directors of a company still retain certain legal obligations for the filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies.

We undertake all types of 'company secretarial' duties such as the preparation and filing of Companies House returns, acting as Registered Office, and incorporations. We can also advise on, and deal with, any other Company Secretarial matters which arise.
